Why this site exists
Visa Bulletin Tracker is built and maintained by KTech Software Solutions LLC, a small independent software company in Kansas. It exists because its developer spent years in the green-card backlog, refreshing the State Department site every month, and decided that anxiety deserved better tooling.
Every number on this site is computed from the official monthly Visa Bulletin, and the original documents are archived. We show history and arithmetic, never predictions dressed up as certainty.
What the site does
- Tracks the current bulletin — final action dates and dates for filing for every family-sponsored and employment-based category, and what changed from the month before.
- Keeps the archive — every bulletin since October 2015, with the full cutoff-date history of each category and country.
- Checks a priority date — how far a date sits from the current cutoff, and how that category has actually moved. The calculation runs in your browser.
- Sends a monthly digest — one email when a new bulletin publishes, for the categories you choose.
How we stay honest
- History only. Charts stop at the latest bulletin. Nothing projects a future date, and nothing says when a priority date will become current.
- Traceable figures. Every figure comes from a published bulletin, and the originals are kept so any number can be checked against its source.
- Limits stated plainly. Where a category has too little history to describe, the site says so instead of printing a number from a thin sample.

This site is independent. It is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of State or USCIS, it is not a law firm, and it does not provide legal advice.
